- Manages scheduling and oversight of facility maintenance and equipment repairs and monitors building maintenance.
- Oversees inventory control and tracking processes to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinates building inspections and ensured adherence to safety regulations and standards.
- Provides support across multiple facility operations, ensuring efficient workflow and operations.
- Manages logistical setup and breakdown of event spaces in accordance with event requirements.
- Coordinates and supports internal relocations of office equipment and furniture to optimize use of workspace.
